Lost in Scroll
12 February 2025
Project
Where is Santa? Where are the Easter eggs? When absence becomes the message. Lost in the Scroll consists of two greeting cards: one for Christmas and one for Easter. Each is also augmented with a digital dimension.

Approach
The cards were crafted using two linocut plates, with intentional imperfections adding to the handmade aesthetic. Instead of QR codes, handwritten URLs invite users to transition from print to digital. The websites mimic the infinite scroll of social media, immersing users in a search with no resolution.

Result
The project blends traditional and digital media, offering a thought-provoking take on online habits. The minimalist design and interactive elements make the experience both playful and frustrating, reinforcing the theme. The project was also an opportunity to develop coding skills and experiment with game-like web interactions.
